What I've Been Doing

The past month I've been in Israel, Egypt and Jordan. What a trip!! All the ancient cities and sites we've heard about and seen pictures of are even more thrilling in person. As soon as I get all the pictures downloaded I will post some. Many times on this trip I went out of my comfort zone-as in this picture. But I did it!

Flights were long and airport lay overs even worse, so I did get some knitting done. I didn't do much while touring as I didn't want to miss anything.
Yarn: Magic by Rauma
Needles: Size 1 1/2
Pattern: Generic sock pattern done in K3, P1 rib.

These didn't get far, but am about ready for the heel.

Yarn: Regia Kaffe Fassett

Needles: Size 1 1 /2

Do you scrapbook? You should put your photos in a digital storybook. Let me know if you're interested... You can check out my pages at my "other" blog at http://www.christinepetterson.com. Can't wait to hear stories from your trip!
