 This was a quick knit, but even after several applications of spray starch, the brim was very floppy. After inserting floral wire in the i-cord edging of the brim, it was better.

i don't quite understand the finishing part of this pattern when calling for attached i-cord, no idea how to do it, i can do an I-cord but how is that part supposed to attach to the ponytail opening?
